These roasted Chipotle Candied Pecans have a crispy maple brown sugar coating and a kick of spice from the addition of chipotle pepper. They are an amazing topping for salads or just as a tasty snack!
Pecans are one of my favorite nuts. They are just so flavorful and versatile. I love adding them to cookies to cut the sweetness like I do in my Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies. They are also a yummy addition to these Fudgy Flourless Brownies or my Blueberry Pecan Muffins.
Toasty roasted pecans are on another level, though in my opinion. Like in my Maple Vanilla Pecan Granola, these roasted candied pecans are browned just enough until they are delightfully fragrant and crispy. They go so well on a spinach salad with strawberries and a crumbly cheese.
