⭐️ Why You Need to Make This Recipe
- Flavor - The deep chocolate flavor of the Oreo cookies goes very well with the light vanilla flavor of the sprinkle cheesecake.
- Texture - The Oreo cookies are soaked in milk to soften before being placed on the bottom of the pan to form the crust which is topped by a creamy birthday cake cheesecake layer before frozen into a delightful summer treat!
🧈 Ingredients
Here are the ingredients needed to make this frozen sprinkle Oreo cheesecake.
Ingredient Notes
- Oreo Cookies - You will need around 24 cookies for this recipe. Use gluten-free oreos to make this recipe gluten-free.
- Cream Cheese - Make sure the cream cheese has softened to room temperature to ensure it incorporates smoothly.
- Sprinkles - I would recommend using rod-style sprinkles for the best texture.
See the recipe card for the full list of ingredients with measurements.
📃 Instructions
Step 1: Dip each Oreo cookie in ⅓ cup of milk and place on the bottom of a pan lined with parchment paper.
Step 2: Cream together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the whipping cream, remaining ½ cup of milk, and vanilla pudding mix until smooth. Add to the cream cheese mixture and mix on high speed for 1 minute or until fluffy and smooth.
Step 4: Fold in the sprinkles just until incorporated. Do not overmix because the sprinkles will bleed into the batter.
Step 5: Spread on top of the soaked Oreo cookies in the pan, levelling out the top. Freeze for at least 4 hours before lifting out of the pan and slicing to serve.
💡 Top Tip
Take the cheesecake out of the freezer about 15 minutes before serving to allow it to soften enough to easily slice and eat.

Congratulations Naomi!
I saw this recipe and thought it would be perfect to bring to our friend's bbq.
It was quick and easy to make. Be careful when soaking the Oreo's in milk, they get soft quicker than you think!
It was a nice cold treat, not too sweet, to have on a warm evening. We liked it so much I am making it again today!
Naomi
I'm so glad to hear that you enjoyed it! Yes, the Oreo's do get soft pretty quickly.
Thanks so much, Trish!
