Roasted Tomatoes
Today I'm showing you an easy and delicious way to roast tomatoes.

Ingredients

pound
grape tomatoes
¼
cup
olive oil

cloves
garlic

tsp
dried thyme

tsp
dried basil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 250ºF. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Wash and dry the tomatoes and cut them in half lengthwise.
Slice the garlic thinly. Then, drizzle the olive oil on the lined pan and scatter on the garlic and herbs.
Arrange the sliced tomatoes cut side down on the prepared pan.
Place the tomatoes in the preheated oven and let them slowly roast for 4 hours.
Let cool and use on pasta or pizza or refrigerate up to 4 days. Enjoy!
