Ingredients

frozen banana

cup
frozen blueberries
*

tablespoon
unsweetened cocoa powder
1
cups
milk
(any kind of milk works)
optional:
protein powder
(I use unflavored/unsweetened protein)
Instructions
Add the frozen banana, blueberries, cocoa, milk, and protein powder (if using) to a blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
You can substitute the frozen banana with frozen mango or avocado.
The frozen blueberries make for a cold smoothie but fresh blueberries may be used if you don't mind the smoothie being less cold.
