Preheat the oven to 325ºF. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together coconut oil, coconut sugar, maple syrup, and cocoa. Add oats and chia seeds to the wet ingredients and mix until well coated.
Spread out granola onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 35-45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Do not let burn!
