Preheat the oven to 400℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the graham crackers in a single layer on the prepared pan.
Stir together the butter, brown sugar and salt in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Bring mixture to a boil and whisk constantly while boiling for 30 seconds. Pour the mixture over the graham crackers and spread into an even layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 7-9 minutes or until bubbling for a few minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top. Let sit for 5 minutes before using a spatula to spread the chocolate into an even layer. Let the toffee bark cool fully and harden before breaking into pieces. Enjoy!
